Digital services and products
Due to the nature of our offerings (including resume building tools, AI-generated documents, webinars, and downloadable content), all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for digital products or services once accessed or downloaded.
Subscription-based services
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds will only be issued if requested within 24 hours of the initial payment and if no significant portion of the service has been used.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time after this period.
